Mission Statement
The purpose of the First Baptist Church of Los Angeles is to make God's love, as it is known in Jesus Christ, present in word and deed.
- In worship and study we dedicate ourselves to the proclamation of the risen Christ, inviting all to respond in faith and love.
- In acts of service and missionary outreach we live out God's love and demonstrate God's care for all of God's creation.
- In fellowship and celebration we recognize that God is building a family of faith in and through us.
In proclamation, in service, in fellowship we are committed to being international interracial, and ecumenical, believing these to be essential expressions of our Christian faith.
